Today was our field trip to Barrett Orchards. Boy, it was one fun-filled, memorable experience.
We put our tie-dyes on for this SPECIAL OCCASION and made sure Floyd the Frog came, too!
The bus ride, for some, may have been the highlight.
The joy and excitement to ride a SCHOOL BUS was too precious...too cute!
When we got to the orchard, we took a hayride with THE FARMER, ate a juicy apple slice, read a story about the pumpkin patch, completed a scavenger hunt, AND went through the maze.
We ended the morning with choosing a pumpkin;
some chose round pumpkins, teeny-tiny pumpkins, or speckled pumpkins.
Whatever pumpkin the Kinders chose, they were happy and a smile filled their face.
