Once a month,
our classroom will partner up with Mrs. Brown's Third Graders
for some sort of
cross-age linking activity.
We may create a project together, read together, play a math game, or simply have recess together.
This partnership will help reinforce leadership qualities and skills for the older kids, but it will, also, allow both ages to build a relationship with a fellow Summitview Star.
And, I love it because my old students can come back and be mentors!
At Summitview,
we work together, learn together, laugh together,
and have FUN together!
Please ask your KinderKid about Third Grade Buddies! I bet they'll have lots to talk about.
