Meet Room 5!

We have joined together as classmates as the new year begins.

A year full of learning while we become friends.

We will share and be kind as

we work and we play.

And our friendship will grow

with each passing day.

Just a few tips to make the year go smoothly:

*Create a consistent bedtime routine and ensure your child is in bed by 7:30 or 8:00pm.

*Have a healthy breakfast and if your child is going to eat at school, please have them in the gym by 8:40am to eat. 

*Read nightly for atleast 10-20 minutes.

*Ask your child to share his/her "strawberries and onions" of the day.  

*Become involved at Summitview!  

Second 1/2 of Kiddos

We have had a silly day, as we have not been able to go outside due to the smoke.  The Kinders have been rockstars, though.

They've learned all about inside recess.  

I'm loving these kids and cannot wait for them to meet the other part of the class.

Kindergarten ROCKS!

First 1/2 of Kiddos...

Yesterday, kiddos with last names A-M came and we had a blast!  

It was full of routines, rules, procedures, books, dancing, and a few simple art projects! 

 I'm sure you heard about Pete the Cat, as well.  I cannot wait to meet the N-Z kiddos in a few minutes.
